The Institute of Surgical Arts has underground parking for your convenience. The elevator brings you to within a few feet of our entrance on the second floor. You will be greeted in the private waiting room by one of our staff. We will walk you into the pre-operative area where you will change and your health information will be reviewed and confirmed. Your surgeon will review your procedure and answer any questions you or your family may have prior to taking you into one of our two state of the art operating suites. A board certified anesthesiologist member of the Cedars Sinai Hospital Anesthesia Group will administer your anesthesia. Following your procedure, you will wake up comfortable in the recovery room where you will spend approximately one hour. When ready, you will be discharged home with your family or caretaker. One of our staff will contact you the day after your procedure to be sure you are recooperating well.
