Physicians On Staff:

It is our every intention to assist you in performing your procedure as safely and smoothly as possible. With our state of the art equipment and extremely qualified staff, we request your preference sheets and instructions at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled procedure in order to prepare for the case. Should you have special instructions for your patients before and after surgery, you are welcome to forward the information to us such that we can provide them to your patients on the day of surgery.
